Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Good Knowledge of Technology and Business, IT Project Management.
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project team in executing projects from planning to completion to achieve company objectives.
- Work closely with business users and IT to ensure the project meets business requirement.
- Work with IT, Vendor and all parties to deliver project within budgets and schedules.
- Manage projects as project Manager by providing engaged Business Unit a business process improvement consultancy and solution pack for improvement in terms of people, process, and technology
- Analyze, assess, and prioritize critical findings (focus areas) to improve business operations with practical and measurable solutions
- Achieve timeline and all key milestones as planned
- Update project progress on regular, including any critical issues to the related parties
Management skills
- Plan task and schedule by WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
- Handle project management.
- Make basic design, instruction to developer, testing, UAT support, and etc.
- Issue management for system bug, and etc.
- Check and control the task results of team.
- IT Skills (SW engineering):
- Get requirement definition, fit & gap analysis.
- Coordinate projects for a smooth operation/ service/ customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with programmers and software developers to build the system.
