After the company has acknowledged the aforementioned claim, the Company will contact the relevant person and shall notify the Managing Director or the Company's representatives. The said problem will be solved within 15 days from the date you have notified the company in writing with the details the Company has mentioned in the above paragraphs.

During such investigation and action, you agree not to take legal action or you waive your right to take legal action whether civil and/or criminal against the Company as the Company needs to spend more time to do the additional examination and investigation of the facts.
